This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) details the manner in which Metaspective Limited (“Metaspective”/“us”/“we”), a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2006 on October 18, 2012 bearing Company No. 8258793 and having its registered address at 203 Astell House, 35 Lyell Street, London, England, E14 0SU, collects, stores, processes, uses and shares the personal information provided by you or in relation to you while accessing and/or using the Websites www.design3.io and www.designthree.io (hereinafter referred to as “the Websites”) and any services provided on or through the Websites (hereinafter referred to as “Services”).
Please do not access or use the Websites or Services unless you have read, understood and consent to your personal information being collected, stored, processed, used and shared in the manner specified by this Policy and the Terms of Use. If you access or use the Websites or Services, regardless of whether you have registered or signed up for an account or purchased membership on the Websites, you are deemed to have accepted this Policy as well as the Terms of Use.
We may update or revise the Policy at any time. If we do so, the updated or revised Policy will reflect on this page. Your continued use of the Websites after such an update or revision signifies your acceptance of these changes.
1. What is Personal Information?
“Personal Information”, as defined in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, i.e. the General Data Protection Regulation, refers to information relating to a natural person who is directly or indirectly identifiable, with reference or regard to identifiers such as a name identification number, location data, online identifier, characteristic, trait, attribute or any factor specific to that person’s physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
You have the right to opt out of accepting this Policy. However, in this case, please note that you may not be able to access the Websites or Services or receive or access answers to any questions you may have asked us.
2. What Personal Information do we collect?
During your access or use of the Websites or Services, we may collect the following Personal Information:

The collecting and retaining agency with respect to your Personal Information is Metaspective Limited. We may maintain a back-up copy of your Personal Information on Google Drive.
In addition, financial or payment information may be collected from you if you purchase or subscribe to any Services or other features on the Website. Financial or payment information is collected and held by Squarespace, Inc. We are not liable for any information created or stored by Squarespace, Inc.
3. How do we process your Personal Information?
We process and/or use your Personal Information to:
a. Provide products and services to you;
b. Gather feedback from you in order to monitor and improve our products, services and Websites;
c. Communicate with you;
d. Research and develop new products and services and ways to improve your experience with our Websites and services;
e. Evaluate, monitor and improve the working of our Websites and business;
f. Promote and advertise our products and services to you; and
g. Provide services or information to you and communicate with you based on your specific requests.
Your Personal Information is stored only for as long as needed to fulfil the above aims.
Profiling
Profiling is an automated process that enables us to use your personal data to build a profile about you. This is one of the tools we use to analyse your online activities including surfing, searching and buying behavior. We may also analyse your participation in surveys, email preferences and activity on social medial channels.

4. Is your Personal Information shared with third parties?
We do not sell your Personal Information to any third party.
However, we share your Personal Information internally within Metaspective and may also share this information in connection with a business transfer. This is because as we continue to develop our business, we may sell or purchase assets, subsidiaries or business units. In such transactions, your Personal Information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in this Privacy Policy.
If another entity acquires us, our business, or substantially all or part of our assets, or assets related to the Websites, your Personal Information will be disclosed to such entity as part of the due diligence process and will be transferred to such entity as one of the transferred assets. Also, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, all such Personal Information will be considered an asset of ours and as such it is possible it will be sold or transferred to third parties.

We employ the services of Squarespace, Inc. to host our website, due to which your Personal Information may be stored on or transferred to Squarespace servers in countries outside the United Kingdom. Such storage or transfer is necessary in order for us to provide Services to you.
5. What is our Cookie Policy?
Like nearly all websites, we use “cookies” to collect certain information when you visit the Website. “Cookies” are small text files called which are saved on your computer when you visit a website, and allow us to deliver a better and faster Website experience to you.

d. Right to request deletion of your personal information, unless maintenance of such information is necessary for us to achieve any of the exempted purposes set out in the California Consumer Privacy Act, 2018;
e. Right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights;
f. Right to request disclosure of the following information, up to two times in twelve months:

· The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected

12. Policy regarding Children
At Metaspective, we do not directly market to children. Our Websites are designed and intended for use by adults.
In compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, i.e. the General Data Protection Regulation, our Websites and Services directed towards people who are at least 18 years of age. We do not solicit or knowingly collect, use, process or store information in relation to people below the age of 18.
Where any of our Websites are intended for use by younger people, we will obtain explicit consent from the person with parental responsibility before any personal information is requested. We acknowledge that the age at which the consent of the parent will need to be obtained varies from country to country .
